Common questions about check-in and your stay.
Self check-in, luggage, towel changes, cleaning during your stay, and nearby construction.
How do I check in?
Check-in is self-service. When you arrive, scan your passport or ID at the terminal in the building to verify your identity. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00. The terminal can get busy in the evening, so please allow some extra time.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Sorry, we are unable to store luggage before check-in at 16:00. If you have large luggage, please use the coin lockers at Takadanobaba or Shimo-Ochiai Station.
Can I request a specific room or floor?
We are unable to accept requests for a specific room within a room type. Depending on the room, the in-room monitor may differ, and some rooms may not have balcony access.
Are towels and linens changed?
Towels and linens for the number of guests are provided once, at the start of your stay. The amount is the same however long you stay, and they are not changed during your stay. For stays of 4 nights or more, we recommend bringing your own towels or washing them at the coin laundry.
Is the room cleaned during my stay?
Rooms are not cleaned during your stay. A cleaning fee for cleaning after check-out is charged separately from the room rate; you can check the breakdown when you pay.
Can I get extra amenities?
Amenities are provided once at the start of your stay and are not restocked. You can buy anything you run out of at the convenience store (1 min walk) or the drugstore (7 min walk).
